OILES #2000 is a composit multilayer bearing with a sliding surface of special sintered material and with a steel-structured back metal. The sintered layer employs dispersion sintering of solid lubricant that mainly composes special copper alloy and graphite. Fruther, it is oil-impregrated. |

- Dispersion sintering of solid lubricant allows the bearing
to be successfully used in arbitrary directions of movement and stand up
to very minute motion.
- It requires no oiling.
- It offers excellent load and wear resistance,or speed variations.
- The sample and the plate material for additional processing are available.
