OILES Drymet is an OILES BEARING
that is composed of three parts of the surface layer of
OILES #80, the bronze-sintered layer, and the steelback
metal layer.
It can be used with no oiling.
It has a low coefficient of friction and excellent load
capability.
It is highly resistant to wear for instances including
reciprocating or oscillating movement and frequent startings.
It allows the manufacturer to achieve compact designing
because of the bearing`s thin physical feature.
It offers high-level stability of dimension, boasting
mechanical strength and thermal conductivity.
When high accuracy of dimension is required, reaming can
be applied on the inner diameter.
The sample and the plate material of various sizes are
available.
